It is due to some old versions of browser does not support internationalized domain name (IDN), such as Internet Explorer 6 (IE6), you just need to upgrade the browser to most update version then you could access your website which is Chinese domain name.
Support for IDN is appears in the recent versions of major browsers, including Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera and Safari. If you are using IE6 and do not want to upgrade the browser, you may install a plugin instead, for details please visit http://www.idnnow.com .
